TeleDocs360 LLC (operating as “TeleDocs360”)

Last updated: June 2026

1. Who We Are & Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TeleDocs360 LLC, a limited liability company operating as “TeleDocs360” (“TeleDocs360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our services. It applies to information we handle in our role as a telehealth platform that provides eligibility screening, scheduling, enrollment, billing, and administrative and customer support.

This policy does not cover the separate privacy practices of the independent parties who provide your medical care and medications — including the licensed physicians affiliated with Impact Health and the licensed compounding pharmacy. Those parties maintain their own privacy practices and, where applicable, their own HIPAA Notices of Privacy Practices governing your medical records and treatment information.

2. Important: What We Do and Do Not Access

Your medical and clinical information is handled separately from TeleDocs360’s administrative role. Your intake responses, medical history, clinical communications, and treatment records are maintained in a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal accessible to the licensed physicians affiliated with Impact Health. TeleDocs360 does not access, view, or store your clinical records, intake answers, visit notes, lab results, or communications with your physician.

TeleDocs360 collects and uses only the limited information needed to perform enrollment, billing, payment processing, marketing (with your consent), and customer support. We describe that information below.

3. Information We Collect

4. How We Use Your Information

5. Text Messages & Marketing Communications

If you opt in, we may send you marketing and informational messages by email and SMS. SMS marketing consent is collected separately through a clearly labeled, optional checkbox and is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.

We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Any sharing of mobile data is limited to service providers who help us deliver our own messages (for example, our SMS platform).

6. How We Communicate With You

Depending on how you reach us, we may communicate with you by email, phone, SMS, our website chat, or WhatsApp:

Please do not send medical or health details by WhatsApp, website chat, or general email — use the secure patient portal for anything involving your treatment or health.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use Google Analytics for website analytics only. It is configured so that Google Signals is off, ads personalization is off, and the property is not linked to Google Ads. We use this information to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We also use a website chat widget (GoHighLevel) which may set cookies or store conversation data to operate the chat. We do not currently run advertising pixels (such as Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads remarketing) on the site. If we add advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

8. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share the limited information we hold only as needed to operate our services, including with:

9. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. The patient portal that holds your clinical information is maintained as a HIPAA-compliant environment by the parties responsible for your care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

We retain the information we collect for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and financial records, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and the right to opt out of certain uses. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any available right, contact us using the information in Section 15. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), provides additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, the right to request deletion or correction, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You may exercise your rights as described above, and you may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

13. Where We Operate

Our services are offered only to individuals located in the United States, and availability of specific programs varies by state and is confirmed during intake. By using our services, you understand that your information is processed in the United States.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Modified” date above and post the updated policy on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
