TeleDocs360 is a telehealth enrollment, billing, coordination, and patient-support organization. Medical care is provided by licensed healthcare professionals who independently determine whether treatment is appropriate.
Patients select a service category and package, choose an available provider and appointment time, complete payment, and receive access to Teledocs.app. Required medical intake and consent forms are completed through the secure patient portal before the appointment. The licensed provider reviews the information and makes all medical decisions.
Current service categories may include Weight Management, Hormone Health, Wellness & Energy, Mental Health, Ketamine Therapy, and Coaching & Support. Specific programs and availability vary by state and provider.
A $99 physician fee is included in your purchase and becomes non-refundable once the physician evaluation occurs. If the provider determines that the selected treatment is not medically appropriate, the remaining eligible amount paid is refunded.
When compounded medication is prescribed, it is prepared for an individual patient pursuant to a prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA in the same manner as FDA-approved products.
During enrollment, you select a provider and appointment time. After payment, you receive access to Teledocs.app, where you complete the required medical intake and consent forms before the appointment.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). HSA and FSA cards are accepted where eligible. TeleDocs360 programs are self-pay and are not submitted to insurance.
Most visits are asynchronous — you complete a comprehensive medical intake online. A live telehealth visit is available if requested or if your provider determines it’s needed.
Request your refill early enough to allow time for clinical review, pharmacy processing, and shipping. Follow any instructions provided in your Teledocs.app account.
Dose changes are clinical decisions. Use Teledocs.app to contact the licensed clinical team about dosing. If a clinician-approved dose or formulation changes the price, the updated amount will be disclosed before the new amount is charged.
Current recurring Weight Management programs bill every 30 days until canceled. Refill requests are submitted through Teledocs.app or the refill button in your patient account and are reviewed by the clinical team.

It's included in your flat monthly price at no extra cost.
