TeleDocs360 is a telehealth platform that helps patients access medically supervised weight loss treatment online. Our licensed US physicians provide telehealth evaluations for compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, and phentermine. Once approved, your medication ships directly to your door from a licensed US compounding pharmacy. One flat monthly price covers your physician visit, medication, supplies, and shipping.
You choose your program and enroll — your physician visit is included in the price. You'll complete a secure medical intake, then meet with a licensed physician via telehealth. Your physician reviews your health history and confirms your selected medication is appropriate for you. Once approved, our partner pharmacy ships your medication to your door, typically within 7–14 days.
We specialize in telehealth-based medical weight loss with three physician-supervised programs: compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, and phentermine. Every program includes your physician evaluation, medication, supplies, and shipping in one flat monthly price.
You receive a full refund — no fees, no questions asked. Your payment only becomes final once a physician approves your treatment and your medication order is placed. There is zero financial risk in applying.
No — and we believe in being upfront about this. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products; they are prepared by a state-licensed US compounding pharmacy using FDA-regulated ingredients, prescribed and monitored by licensed physicians. Compounding pharmacies operate under state board of pharmacy and federal oversight. Your physician reviews whether compounded treatment is appropriate for you during your evaluation.
You’re all set to begin. Your intake forms are emailed to you right after enrollment — complete them so your physician can review your health history. After your telehealth evaluation, if your selected medication is approved, your prescription goes to the pharmacy and ships to your door, typically within 7–14 days of approval. If it’s not approved, you’re fully refunded.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We also accept FSA and HSA cards across all programs. We don’t bill insurance — TeleDocs360 is cash-pay, which keeps pricing flat and transparent.
Each vial contains more than four weeks of medication, so your next 4-week payment is collected while you’re still using your current supply — before your next shipment is due. This is by design: it means there’s never a separate bill when your medication is ready to ship, and nothing ships until payment is complete. When you’re about 60% through your supply, request your refill and your order ships against the payment already on file.
You can request a dose change through your Patient Portal. Your physician reviews every request to be sure it’s appropriate for you. If an increase is approved, you’ll receive a new invoice showing the updated dose and price — nothing changes and nothing ships until you review and confirm it. Your price never changes without your approval.
After your physician approves treatment, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for preparation. Your tracking comes directly from the pharmacy by email or text once your medication ships. The patient portal is for messages from your care team rather than order tracking, so you may not see a detailed status there. If it’s been more than 14 days since your approval and you haven’t received your medication, contact us and we’ll check on your order.
If it’s been more than 14 days since your physician approved your treatment and you haven’t received a shipping update, reach out through the Contact page. We’ll check directly on your order and keep you posted.
Before your order is approved and sent to the pharmacy, you can update your shipping address yourself in your Patient Portal under My Account. After your order is with the pharmacy, updating your portal won’t redirect a package already in preparation — contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with the pharmacy to see what’s possible, though changes that late aren’t guaranteed. We recommend confirming your address before enrolling and planning around any travel.
Contact us right away through your Patient Portal and include clear photos of the medication and packaging. We’ll review and coordinate with the pharmacy or your physician as needed. Any decisions about safety or dosing come from your physician or the pharmacy.
Your medication is prepared and shipped by our licensed US compounding pharmacy partner, which operates under state and federal pharmacy oversight. Your medication is filled specifically for you based on your physician’s prescription.
Your physician may adjust your dose or formulation based on how your body responds. Any questions about your prescription or dose should go to your physician through the secure Patient Portal. If you need help, send a clear photo of your full prescription label so we can route you correctly — but all clinical guidance comes from your physician or pharmacy.
For those questions, message your physician through the secure Patient Portal.
It mostly doesn’t change — your price is $299/month flat at every standard dose. The single exception is the maximum dose (2.0 mg/week) at $349/month. Dose increases are never automatic: you request an increase, your physician approves it, and you review and confirm the updated price before any charge or shipment.
You may request a dose increase during your monthly check-in. If your physician approves, you'll receive a new invoice reflecting your updated dose and price — nothing changes until you review and confirm it.
Some patients choose to increase their dose to maintain consistent progress, improve appetite control, or continue seeing results over time. Dose adjustments are always based on your individual response and provider guidance.
Many patients see meaningful progress on lower doses and may not need to increase. Your provider will help determine the lowest effective dose to support your results.
Our compounding pharmacy formulates semaglutide with vitamin B12 in every vial. B12 supports normal energy metabolism, and some patients on GLP-1 medications eat noticeably less — the added B12 helps support nutritional intake during treatment. It's included in your flat monthly price at no extra cost.
Your price is $399/month flat at every standard dose through 10 mg/week. The exception is the two advanced doses — 12.5 and 15 mg/week — at $649/month. Dose increases are never automatic: you request an increase, your physician approves it, and you review and confirm the updated price before any charge or shipment.

Our compounding pharmacy formulates tirzepatide with niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, in every vial. Niacinamide supports normal energy metabolism, and patients on GLP-1 medications often eat noticeably less — the added niacinamide helps support nutritional intake during treatment. Phentermine is a prescription weight loss medication that works as an appetite suppressant. It affects the central nervous system to help reduce hunger, making it easier to lower calorie intake and support short-term weight loss when combined with lifestyle changes.
Phentermine can help support weight loss when used as part of a physician-guided program. Many patients experience reduced appetite and improved portion control, which may lead to gradual weight loss over time. Results vary depending on diet, activity level, and treatment adherence.
Common side effects of phentermine may include:
• Dry mouth
• Increased heart rate
• Insomnia
• Nervousness or restlessness
A physician-guided program helps monitor for side effects and adjust treatment if needed.
Patients are often advised to avoid:
• Excessive caffeine
• Alcohol
• Other stimulant medications
A physician will provide guidance based on your treatment plan.
Yes. Phentermine is a prescription medication and must be prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider after a medical evaluation.
Because phentermine is a controlled medication, telehealth availability varies by state. We confirm eligibility in your state during intake, before your physician visit — and if treatment isn't available or appropriate for you, you receive a full refund.
One flat monthly price per program, everything included: Semaglutide $299/month, Tirzepatide $399/month, Phentermine $149/month. Your price covers the physician visit, medication, supplies, and shipping. The only exceptions: semaglutide's maximum dose (2.0 mg/week) is $349/month, and tirzepatide's advanced doses (12.5 & 15 mg/week) are $649/month — always confirmed with you before any change.
No. TeleDocs360 provides transparent, all-inclusive pricing that covers your telehealth consultation, prescription, and medication shipping. No membership fees, no per-visit charges, and your price does not change without your explicit approval.
Billing happens automatically every 4 weeks. Billing every 4 weeks means 13 charges per year rather than 12 — about one extra charge a year compared to monthly billing.
Billing and refills are separate steps: to receive each shipment, you submit a refill request, which we recommend at about 60% of your current supply so there's no gap in your treatment.
No, TeleDocs360 services are not covered by insurance. We operate on a cash-only basis, allowing us to provide affordable, transparent pricing without the delays or restrictions that often come with insurance.
Yes — FSA and HSA cards are accepted across all programs.
These medications are typically prescribed for adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition such as hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol. Eligibility is determined by your provider after medical evaluation.
Every patient is evaluated and monitored by a licensed physician. Because these are prescription medications with real effects and possible side effects, they aren't right for everyone — which is exactly why a physician reviews your health history before anything is prescribed and continues to oversee your treatment. If a medication isn't appropriate for you, you won't be prescribed it, and you'll receive a full refund.
Most patients experience mild and temporary side effects such as nausea, constipation, or stomach discomfort. Your provider will review all possible side effects and provide guidance on managing them.
Most patients notice appetite changes within the first few weeks as their dose ramps up — feeling satisfied with smaller portions and fewer cravings. Weight changes follow gradually and vary from person to person based on medication, lifestyle, and consistency. Your physician monitors your progress and adjusts your treatment as your body responds.

Yes. You can cancel anytime before your next medication is ordered — no cancellation fee, no minimum commitment. Cancellation stops all future billing, and any payment not yet tied to a medication order is refunded.
All prescriptions are processed, managed, and shipped by our licensed US pharmacy partner. Your medication is filled by licensed pharmacists and discreetly shipped to your doorstep with secure tracking-most patients receive it within 7 – 14 days of approval.
Contact your provider immediately through the TeleDocs360 patient portal or by email. For urgent medical concerns, seek emergency care or call 911.
Refills are patient-initiated and can be requested through the patient portal. We recommend submitting your refill request when your supply is approximately 60% used to ensure timely delivery. When you submit a refill request, the payment covering that refill becomes final.
If your physician determines treatment isn’t appropriate after your telehealth evaluation, you receive a full refund — no fees, no questions.
Once your physician approves treatment, your medication order is placed and that payment becomes non-refundable — compounded medication is prepared specifically for you and cannot be returned. The same applies to refills: when you request a refill, the payment covering it becomes final.
You can cancel anytime before your next medication is ordered, with no cancellation fee. Any payment not yet tied to a medication order is refunded.
