These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and TeleDocs360 LLC, a limited liability company operating as “TeleDocs360” (“TeleDocs360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the TeleDocs360 website and services. By accessing our website, enrolling in a program, or otherwise indicating your assent, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Modified” date, and material changes affecting active enrollments will be communicated to enrolled patients. No change applies retroactively to a dispute that arose before the change.
TeleDocs360 LLC is a telehealth platform that provides eligibility screening, scheduling coordination, enrollment, billing, and administrative and customer support for physician-supervised treatment programs.
Medical care is provided by licensed healthcare professionals affiliated with Impact Health, an independent physician network and pharmacy partner. TeleDocs360 does not practice medicine, does not employ the physicians who evaluate and treat you, and does not influence clinical judgment. All decisions about whether to prescribe, what to prescribe, dosing, and treatment duration are made solely by licensed physicians based on your medical history and evaluation.
Medications are dispensed by a licensed US pharmacy pursuant to a prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products.
Content on our website — including program descriptions, the program quiz, the BMI calculator, and educational material — is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding your health. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
TeleDocs360 offers physician-supervised treatment programs billed on a recurring 28-day cycle (see Section 5). Each program is billed at one flat price per cycle that includes the telehealth physician evaluation, prescribed medication and supplies, shipping, and ongoing physician oversight. Current programs and prices are stated on our website at the time of enrollment.
Prices are flat at every standard dose per cycle, with the following exceptions, which apply only after physician approval and your express confirmation: semaglutide maximum dose (2.0 mg/week) is billed at the published maximum-dose price; tirzepatide advanced doses (12.5 and 15 mg/week) are billed at the published advanced-dose price. Phentermine is flat at all doses.
FSA and HSA cards are accepted. Programs are not billed to insurance.
The price you pay. The prices shown on our website are the current prices for new enrollments and may change over time. You are billed at the price in effect for your program at the time you enrolled (your “enrollment price”), and your enrollment price will not increase unless TeleDocs360 provides you advance notice of the change. If we change your recurring price, we will notify you in advance, the change will not take effect until a future billing cycle, and you may cancel before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue. Promotional pricing and discounts are governed by Section 9 and by the specific terms of each offer.
Enrollment payment. Payment is collected at enrollment and covers your first cycle, including the physician evaluation. By enrolling, you authorize TeleDocs360 to charge your payment method the disclosed program price on the recurring basis described below until you cancel.
Your program bills on a recurring 28-day cycle, not a calendar month. Because a year contains thirteen 28-day cycles, you will be charged approximately thirteen (13) times per year, and in some calendar months you may see two (2) charges. This is normal and expected. Your billing dates shift earlier each calendar month as a result of the 28-day cycle.
Each vial or unit of medication may contain approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks of medication, which may not align exactly with your 28-day billing cycle. Your medication supply and your billing cycle are separate: you are billed every 28 days regardless of how much medication remains.
Refills are not shipped on a fixed schedule. You must request each refill. We recommend requesting your refill when your supply is approximately 60% used so that your next supply arrives before you run out. After you request a refill and it is approved, your medication is dispensed and shipped. We are not responsible for interruptions in your supply caused by a late or missed refill request.
If your physician approves a higher dose, your vial size and the amount of medication dispensed may change, and your program price may change as a result. As described below and in Section 4, no changed amount is charged, and no shipment at the new dose occurs, until you affirmatively confirm the new recurring amount.
If you request and are approved for a refill before your next scheduled 28-day charge, you may be billed at the time of that refill so your medication can be dispensed and shipped without delay. In that case, to prevent you from being charged twice for the same period, your next scheduled automatic charge will be adjusted — either skipped, held, or refunded — so that you are not double-charged. If you ever believe you were charged twice for the same period, contact our support team and we will promptly correct it.
Additional products and services. Your program includes a designated product and the services described at enrollment. Based on your goals and medical needs, your physician may recommend additional medications, products, or services that are not included in your program package — including supportive medications to help manage side effects. Any such additional items are optional and are billed separately from your program price. As with dose changes, no additional product or service is charged, shipped, processed, or prescribed until you have been informed of the additional cost and have affirmatively confirmed it. You will not be billed for additional medications, products, or services without your prior confirmation.
Changes to your recurring amount. Your recurring charge amount will never change without your express prior consent. If your physician approves a dose change that affects your price, you will receive a new invoice disclosing the updated recurring amount, and you must affirmatively confirm the new recurring charge before it takes effect. No changed amount is charged, and no shipment at the new dose occurs, until you confirm.
Failed payments. If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you and may retry the charge. Medication orders are not placed or shipped for periods that have not been paid.
If the physician determines after your telehealth evaluation that treatment is not appropriate for you, you receive a full refund of your payment — no fees withheld, no questions asked.
Lock point 1 — physician approval. Once the physician approves your treatment, your medication order is placed with the pharmacy and the payment covering that order becomes non-refundable. As a dispensed prescription medication, it cannot be returned, resold, or reused for safety and legal reasons.
Lock point 2 — refill requests. When you submit a refill request, the payment covering that refill becomes non-refundable.
Any payment not yet tied to a medication order is refundable upon cancellation.
You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. Cancellation stops all future billing on your 28-day cycle. To cancel, contact our support team through the methods listed on our Contact page or in your patient portal. Because medication ships only after you request a refill, cancelling before you request your next refill stops both the next charge and the next shipment. If you have already submitted a refill request and the pharmacy has begun processing it, that order and the payment covering it are handled under the refund rules in Section 6, and cancellation takes effect for the following cycle.
Your medication is filled, compounded, and shipped by an independent licensed US pharmacy, not by TeleDocs360. After your physician approves treatment or a refill, the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, typically within 1–2 business days of your completed visit or approved refill request.
Delivery notifications. The pharmacy sends delivery and shipping notifications, including tracking and expected delivery timing, directly to you by text message. These notifications come from the pharmacy, not from TeleDocs360.
Delivery timing and possible delays. Most patients receive medication within 7–14 days of approval. However, pharmacy compounding, processing, and carrier times vary, and delays can occur for reasons outside our control. While TeleDocs360 does not fill or ship medication, we will, at your request, inquire about the status of a delivery on your behalf through Impact Health and will do everything within our ability to help expedite service where possible. We cannot, however, guarantee any particular processing or delivery time.
No responsibility for supply disruptions. As described in Section 5, refills are dispensed only after you request them, and you are responsible for requesting refills in a timely manner (we recommend at approximately 60% used). TeleDocs360 is not responsible at any time for interruptions or disruptions in your medication supply, including those caused by late or missed refill requests, pharmacy processing times, carrier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
Compounded medication. Compounded medications are dispensed pursuant to your prescription and are not FDA-approved products. They are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality in the way that FDA-approved drugs are. As dispensed prescription medications, they cannot be returned, resold, or reused for safety and legal reasons; accordingly, once a medication order is placed, the payment covering that order is non-refundable as described in Section 6.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for providing and maintaining an accurate, current shipping address and for the appropriate receipt and storage of medication upon delivery, including refrigeration where required. We are not responsible for medication that is lost, delayed, or damaged due to an incorrect or outdated shipping address or improper storage after delivery.
From time to time, TeleDocs360 may offer promotions, discount codes, introductory offers, seasonal sales, referral rewards, or other incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which may include eligibility requirements, expiration dates, usage limits (such as one use per patient or new-patients-only), and limits on combining offers. Unless an offer states otherwise, a discount applies only to the cycle or item specified and does not change your underlying program price for later cycles.
Promotions are optional and are never a condition of enrolling or receiving care. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, and we may decline to honor a promotion that is expired, misused, fraudulently obtained, or applied outside its stated terms. Referral or reward programs, if offered, are subject to the specific program terms in effect at the time, and rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated.
By enrolling, you consent to receive transactional communications (email and SMS) related to your enrollment, scheduling, billing, shipping, and care coordination. Marketing communications are governed by the separate opt-in consent described in our Privacy Policy, are never a condition of purchase, and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP or unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use information.
SMS program details. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from TeleDocs360, which may include wellness program updates, offers, appointment and account notifications, and customer support messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Your medical and clinical information is handled separately from TeleDocs360’s administrative role. All medical questions, intake responses, clinical communications, and treatment records are maintained in a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal that is accessible to the licensed physicians affiliated with Impact Health who provide your care. TeleDocs360 does not have access to, and cannot view, your clinical or medical records, intake responses, visit notes, or communications with your physician in that portal.
TeleDocs360’s role is administrative. TeleDocs360 collects and uses only the limited information needed to perform enrollment, billing, payment processing, and customer support. This includes your name, contact information, payment information, and the name of the program or medication you selected (used to process your billing). TeleDocs360 does not collect, store, or access your medical history, intake answers, lab results, side-effect reports, or other clinical information, all of which are held by your physician through Impact Health’s secure portal.
Communicating about your care. If you have medical questions — including questions about side effects, dosing, or treatment — you should direct them to your physician through the secure patient portal, not to TeleDocs360. TeleDocs360 can assist with billing, scheduling, enrollment, and general support, and can relay or inquire on administrative matters, but cannot answer clinical questions or access your medical records. Our Privacy Policy describes in more detail how we handle the limited information we collect.
All content on the TeleDocs360 website — including text, graphics, logos, the program quiz, the BMI calculator, page design, and educational materials — is owned by or licensed to TeleDocs360 LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “TeleDocs360” and our logos are trademarks of TeleDocs360 LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with our services. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, sell, license, or create derivative works from any part of the website or its content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates this license.
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeleDocs360 LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website is free of harmful components. We make no representation or guarantee regarding any particular health outcome, result, weight change, or benefit from any program. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. Any information provided through the website is general and informational and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TeleDocs360 LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because TeleDocs360 LLC does not practice medicine, does not employ the treating physicians, and does not control clinical decision-making (see Section 2), TeleDocs360 LLC is not responsible or liable for the medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing decisions, or care provided by the licensed physicians affiliated with Impact Health or by the dispensing pharmacy. Claims relating to clinical care are between you and the applicable licensed provider or pharmacy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of TeleDocs360 LLC arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will not exceed the total amount you paid to TeleDocs360 LLC in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeleDocs360 LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the website or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any information you provide that is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting our support team, and you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings.
Except for disputes that qualify for small-claims court and claims for injunctive relief, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable consumer arbitration rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and TeleDocs360 LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@teledocs360.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms; if you opt out, disputes will proceed in the courts identified in Section 17.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the arbitration provision in Section 16 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Subject to Section 16, you agree that any permitted court action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific disclosures presented at enrollment, constitute the entire agreement between you and TeleDocs360 LLC regarding the services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Notices to you may be provided by email or by posting to the website.
