Refills are patient-initiated and can be requested through the patient portal. We recommend submitting refill requests when your supply is approximately 60% used to ensure timely delivery.
Weight Loss Treatments
TeleDocs360 offers clinically backed treatments including Wegovy® (Semaglutide), Ozempic® (Semaglutide), Tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound), and Phentermine/L-Carnitine. Your provider will determine which option best fits your needs after your consultation.
Wegovy® contains Semaglutide, which mimics a natural hormone that helps control appetite and food intake. It supports gradual, sustainable weight loss when combined with a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Ozempic® is FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes but is often prescribed off-label for weight management. It helps regulate blood sugar levels and reduces appetite for consistent weight loss results.
Both contain Semaglutide, but Wegovy® is FDA-approved for chronic weight management, while Ozempic® is approved for diabetes management. Your provider will help decide which option is right for you.
Tirzepatide (the active ingredient in Zepbound® and Mounjaro®) works on two key hormones — GIP and GLP-1 — which can enhance weight-loss results compared to single-hormone medications like Semaglutide.
