If at the initial visit the physician determines treatment isn’t appropriate for you, you are fully refunded with no fees.
Approved and shipped — non-refundable. Once your order is approved and shipped, it cannot be refunded. Your medication is a compounded product prepared by the pharmacy specifically to fill your prescription, and for safety reasons it cannot be returned, reused, or resold.
Completed medical visits — non-refundable. Fees for a completed telehealth evaluation are non-refundable, because the physician’s professional service has already been provided.
Phentermine is a controlled substance, and whether it can be prescribed by telehealth depends on the rules in your state. We confirm availability during your intake and telehealth evaluation. If phentermine is not available in your state, you will receive a refund.
Refills are a separate step from billing. To receive your next shipment, request your refill through your Patient Portal. We recommend requesting it when you’re about 60% through your current supply, to minimize risks of gaps in your treatment.
