Step 1: Enroll in your program
Choose your program and enroll - your physician visit is included in your monthly price. Your secure intake forms are emailed to you immediately after sign-up.
Step 2: Complete your health questionnaire
Fill out your intake forms through our private, HIPAA-compliant system. The sooner you complete them, the sooner your treatment can begin.
Step 3: Schedule and meet your provider
Once your forms are complete, you'll be prompted to schedule your telehealth visit. Your provider reviews your health history, discusses your goals, and determines if treatment is right for you.
Step 4: Prescription sent to the pharmacy
If approved, your prescription is typically sent to our pharmacy within 1–2 business days of your visit. Your medication is compounded specifically for you and shipped to your door — most patients receive it within 7–14 days of approval, with tracking provided as soon as it ships.
Step 5: Ongoing care and refills
Request refills and reach your care team anytime through your patient portal. Dose changes are never automatic. If you request and the physician approves - your price stays the same at every dose (with one clearly disclosed exception per program).
What you’ll need to get started:
A valid ID and basic health information.
If your provider determines treatment isn't appropriate for you, you'll receive a refund of your program fee minus a $75 physician evaluation fee.
